General Conditions
a. Your participation in this event comes at your own responsibility and risk.
b. The race bib number and other amenities will be delivered by UPS to your address. The address should be non-military one with Korea-speaking person. If you do not have UPS deliverable Korea address, the package can be picked up at Infomation center nearby Start point on the race day(Oct 21).
c. Marathon course officially closes 5 hours after the starting time.If a runner fails to pass the checkpoint within the time limit, he or she should take the sweep bus. All participants must finish the race within 5 hours for full-course division, 2 hours and 30 minutes for half-course division and 1 hour and 30 minutes for 10km&5km division.
d. The Chip system will be used for timing. Every runner will be given a chip when collecting its bib and other amenities. For the correct measurement of a record, participants must attach the distributed chip on shoelace. The chip will be collected by the organizer at the finish line. In case of withdrawal or cancellation, chip must be sent to the organizer no later than 3 days after the race by certified mail. Those who failed to return the chip will be charged 22,000 won(about US$24) and disqualified.
